摘要
用静态质量损失法、扫描电镜法和电化学测量法研究了Q235A钢在甲酸乙酸水溶液中(甲酸与乙酸质量比为1∶1)的腐蚀行为。分别考察了不同腐蚀液质量浓度、温度等情况下Q235A钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,Q235A钢的平均腐蚀速率受到腐蚀液浓度、温度等参数的影响,当温度一定时(20℃),Q235A钢的平均腐蚀速率由腐蚀液质量浓度为100 mg/L时的0.354 mm/a增加到腐蚀液质量浓度为500 mg/L时的0.900 mm/a,但增长的速率逐渐缓慢最后趋于平稳;当溶液质量浓度一定时(100 mg/L),Q235A钢的平均腐蚀速率由20℃时的0.354 mm/a增加到90℃时的1.255 mm/a。宏观腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀,在扫描电镜下观察,腐蚀严重时,局部出现点蚀、剥离等现象。
The corrosion behaviors of Q235A carbon steel in aqueous formic acid and acetic acid solutions (the weight ratio of formic acid and acetic acid is 1 : 1 ) were studied by static weight loss, SEM and electrochemical measurements. The corrosion behaviors of Q235A carbon steel under different corrosive liquid concentrations, temperatures, ere were investigated. The resuhs showed that the average corrosion rate of Q235A carbon steel was effected by corrosive liquid concentration, temperature and other factors. At a fixed temperature of 20 ℃, when the corrosive liquid concentration was increased from 100 mg/L to 500 mg/ L, the average corrosion rate of Q235A carbon steel was elevated from 0. 354 mm/a to 0. 900 mm/a. The increase gradually became stable. At a fixed liquid concentration of 100 mm/L, when the temperature was raised from 20 ℃ to 90 ℃ , the average corrosion rate of Q235A carbon steel was increased from 0.354 mm/a to 1. 255 mm/a. The macroscopic morphology of corrosion was uniform corrosion. The localized pitting and peeling also occurred when the corrosion was severe.
