摘要
以二乙烯三胺和油酸为原料,采用溶剂法与真空法协同使用的方法合成了一种咪唑啉缓蚀剂。采用静态和动态失重法、电化学法以及扫描电镜法对该合成的咪唑啉缓蚀剂进行了评价。静态和动态失重法结果表明,在三种特定腐蚀环境中添加0.5%(质量比)的该合成缓蚀剂对A3钢的缓蚀率最高可达96.63%。电化学极化曲线和扫描电镜分析表明,该缓蚀剂在A3钢表面形成了明显的保护膜,并且是一种以抑制阳极反应过程为主、作用机理属于"几何覆盖效应"的混合型缓蚀剂,能够有效地减小A3钢在三种特定介质下的腐蚀。
Using diethylenetriamine and oleic acid as the main raw materials,an imidazoline inhibitor was synthesized by conjunction with solvent and vacuum methods.Static and dynamic weight loss methods,electrochemical polarization curves and SEM analysis were used to evaluate the performance of the corrosion inhibitor.The inhibition rate of this inhibitor for A3 steel was up to 96.63% in three specific corrosive environments with 0.5%concentration.Electrochemical polarization curves and SEM analysis show that the A3 steel surface formed a clearly protective membrane.This inhibitor is a kind of mixed inhibitor,its function mechanism belongs to 'geometric overlay effect',mainly inhibits the anodic reaction,and is able to effectively reduce the corrosion of A3 steel in three specific media.
