摘要
目的分析睾丸鞘膜恶性间皮瘤临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法报告1例睾丸鞘膜恶性间皮瘤,结合文献总结睾丸鞘膜恶性间皮瘤临床特点、治疗方法。结果睾丸切除后经免疫组化诊断,随诊2年6月后死亡。期间发现肺转移行肺叶楔形切除、腹膜后淋巴结转移予以放射治疗。结论睾丸鞘膜恶性间皮瘤恶性程度高,术前较难诊断,免疫组化能够确诊,易发生转移,放射治疗有效。
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of malignant mesothelioma （MM） of the tunica vaginalis. Methods Clinical data of 1 case of tunica vaginalis MM were retrospectively analyzed and related litera- ture was reviewed. Results The case was pathologically diagnosed with immunohistochemical staining after radical orchiecto- my, and the patient died 2.5 years after treatment. During the follow-up, the patient underwent palliative pulmonary wedge re- section and local radiotherapy due to pulmonary and retroperitoneal metastasis. Conclusions Tunica vaginalis MM is malig- nant and difficult to diagnose. The diagnosis should be confirmed by immunohistochemical staining. It has the metastasis capa- bilities and is sensitive for radiotherapy.
