摘要
目的探讨非计划再手术发生的原因、控制对策以及患儿发生的特点。方法检索、筛选出84例住院患儿非计划再手术病例进行回顾性分析。结果找出了非计划再手术病例在年龄分布和手术类别、级别、切口情况、医生职称、再手术原因、专业分布等方面的特点。结论减少非计划再手术的发生,应重视病情以及病人自身的基础状况,强调医疗核心制度的完善和落实,重视医护人员培训,并将非计划再手术纳入医院常态化管理。
Objective： To explore the causes of the unplanned reoperation,control measures and the characteristics of child patients. Method： The authors made retrospective analysis on 84 cases w ith retrieval and screening. Result： They discovered the characteristics of operation category,classes,incision situation,doctors＇ professional titles,the patients ＇base conditions,causes of reoperation,professional distribution,etc. Conclusion： Patients＇ illnesses and their conditions should be attached importance to,the core medical system be improved and implemented,medical w orkers be trained and the management of unplanned reoperation be normalized so as to reduce the occurrence of the unplanned reoperation.
