摘要
目的探讨眼外伤迟发性继发青光眼的不同类型以及治疗方法。方法选取该院在2012年6月—2014年6月这段时间内接受眼外伤迟发性继发青光眼的125例患者作为研究对象,对这些患者的资料进行分析。把他们分成不同的类型,然后使用不同的治疗方法。结果眼外伤迟发性继发青光眼有房角后退型、粘连增殖型、无晶状体型、新生血管型以及虹膜缺损型等不同的类型。最终125例患者中有98例患者的眼压被很好地控制,成功率达到了78.40%。结论眼外伤迟发性继发青光眼它有很多种不同的类型,在临床上的表现相对复杂,不容易治疗,但依据这种眼病的临床表现,给予不同的分类,对了解以及治疗这种眼病有很大的帮助。
Objective To discuss different types of delayed secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma and the correspond- ing treatment methods. Methods 125 cases with delayed secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma admitted in our hospi- tal from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects. Their data were analyzed. And the patients were divided into differ- ent types and treated by different treatment methods. Results The delayed secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma in the patients could be classified as follows： angle recession type, synechia and proliferation type, aphakia type, neovascularization type and coloboma of the iris type. Of the 125 cases, the intraocular pressure of 98 cases was well controlled at last, the success rate reached 78.40%. Conclusion Delayed secondary glaucoma associated with ocular trauma has many types, and the clinical manifestations are relatively complex, so it is not easy to be treated. Classifying the disease in accordance with the clinical mani- festations helps treat the disease greatly.
