摘要
目的 探讨外伤性晶状体脱位继发青光眼的最佳治疗方法。方法 根据晶状体脱位的不同情况选择不同的治疗方法。其中晶状体完全脱入前房者行晶状体摘除术,查房角损伤>1/ 2圆周时加用滤过性手术。晶状体不全脱位者根据房角情况分别行单纯滤过性手术、晶状体摘除加虹膜周切或加滤过性手术或加玻璃体切除术。结果 3 4例中经治疗后眼压<2 1mmHg 2 8例,总有效率82 . 3 5 %。
Objective To evaluate the treating methods of secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic lens dislocation. Methods Different treating methods were used due to different situation of lens dislocation. Results After treatment,28 eyes can reach 21 mmHg,the total effectiveness is 82.35%. Conclusion The secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic lens dislocation is very harmful to eye,the ideal effectiveness can be obtained if the treatment is proper and prompt.
