摘要
文章对角联锁织物结构图进行研究分析,通过改变实口角联锁或空口角联锁结构图中的经纱交织规律,进而可以设计与其相对应的带有喷射口的实口角联锁或空口角联锁织物结构图。根据结构图利用Excel画出其上机图,沿用上述的设计方法,在其结构图上增加一个或多个组织循环,通过小样织机就可以制得喷射口结构大小不同的织物;增加共纬次数可以得到喷射口与喷射口之间距离不一的织物组织。结果表明,该方法借助于CAD绘图软件可以使复杂的喷射口角联锁结构图设计变得简便快速。
This paper studies and analyzes the structure diagram of angle-interlock fabrics,designs the corresponding solid angle-interlock or empty angle-interlock fabric structure diagram by changing the warp weaving law in the diagram,and draws its looming draft with Excel according to the structure diagram.With the design method above,fabrics with different size of jet structure can be made with sampling loom by adding one or more weaving cycles on the structure diagram.Weave structure with different distance between jets can be obtained by increasing the total number of weft.The result shows that this method can make complicated jet angle-interlock structure diagram design become easy and fast with CAD mapping software.
