摘要
简述了三维机织复合材料的发展,以角连锁复合材料预成型件作为研究目标。介绍了几种不同组织结构的角连锁织物,分析了角连锁织物的空口最大值与空口非最大值的形成过程,设计了几种空口角连锁机织物的经向结构剖面图。利用假设的方法把纬角连锁结构中的空口视为纬纱,重新构造成了相对应的实口纬角连锁组织,并对其经纬纱组织循环数之间的关系进行研究推理,得出了一个共用于实口与空口的通式。
The development of 3D woven composites and the structure of some different angle-interlock fabrics were stated. The formation processing of empty structure of some angle-interlock fabrics was explained. The weave diagrams of some angle-interlock fabrics with empty structure were designed. For multi-weft angle-interlock fabric, the empty structure was assumed as the second weft to rebuild the solid structure of according muhi-weft interlock woven. The relationship equation of Rj and Rw of common multi-weft angle-interlock fabric was further studied and made out and proved.
