摘要
通过对民营饭店管理研究成果的梳理,界定民营饭店的内涵。提出民营饭店一方面呈现出对各层次人才的迫切需要,另一方面又受制于因用人策略不科学给人才进入酒店所造成的障碍;在组织职业生涯中的公平晋升和注重培训方面,民营饭店和国有饭店、外资饭店差距明显;民营饭店职业经理人的整体能力水平也不如外资饭店和国有饭店。认为民营饭店的研究主要集中在员工管理、职业经理人、产权制度和民营饭店发展问题上,并且呈现出对"人"的研究多,对"事"的研究少;群体研究较多,区域或个体研究较少的特征。
Based on the previous studies of private hotels, the connotation of private hotel is defined. The pa- per finds that on the one hand private hotels are in urgent demand of talents, but on the other hand, their un- scientific policies on choosing and employing staff are now reducing their appeal for talents. Compared with state - owned and foreign - capital hotels, the private hotels perform worse in the fair promotion and employee cultivation, and obtain lower level of managerial abilities. Most studies focus on staff management, profession- al managers, property right systems and the development of private hotels, attend more to people rather than e- vents in the industry, and are characterized with the abundance of group research but lack of regional research and ease study.
