摘要
美国普渡大学电气工程专业(EE)和电气工程技术专业(EET)的人才培养方案在培养目标及要求、课程设置、企业实践等方面存在很多异同之处:EE重视学生工程设计和工程实践能力的培养,而EET强调培养学生设计方案的实现能力及技术管理能力;在课程结构及学分要求方面差异较大,但都为专业学生开设了大量的选修课以供不同学生选择;在实践环节EE和EET都为学生提供了两类实习和实践项目。在我国技术型本科人才的培养中,应根据人才培养目标有针对性地开设专业基础课程,充分重视实验课程,在实践中明确各方定位,搭建实践平台。
Through comparing and analyzing the talents cultivation programs between Electrical Engineering(EE) specialty and Electrical Engineering Technology(EET) specialty of Purdue University,it has identified several differences and similarities in the program objectives and requirements, curriculum setting and enterprises practice, etc. It embodies: EE pay attention to the cultivation of students' abilities in engineering design and engineering practice while EET emphasize to cultivate students' abilities in the realization of the design scheme and the technical management; the difference in curriculum structure and credit requirements is large, however, both of them opened a large number of elective courses for students to choose; in the practice, both of them provided students with two types of internship and practice project. In the cultivation of technical undergraduate talents in China, it is critical to set up the targeted professional foundation courses according to talent training target, give full attention to experimental course, define the positioning of parties in practice, and establish the practice platform.
