摘要
物流管理专业开设时间比较短,目前各高校对该专业的建设还处于摸索阶段。以汕头职业技术学院为例阐述了地方高职院校开设物流管理专业时自身存在的优势和劣势,以及对其发展产生影响的外部机会和威胁,提出了地方高职院校开设物流管理专业的发展策略,包括细分市场差异化办学、提升师资力量、改善实践教学条件、就业导向教学和加强校友联系等,以期达到提高地方高职院校物流专业建设水平的目的。
Logistics management major has been offered in recent years, thus it is still in an exploratory stage in various universities. Here, SWOT analysis of Shantou Polytechnics is presented to illustrate its＇ strengths and weaknesses as well as the external opportunities and threats which influence the advances of logistics management education in local vocational colleges.Several strategies, including market segmentation and education differentiation, promotion of teachers, improvement of the teaching abilities and practice facilities, carrying out employment-oriented education and strengthening the ties with alumni, have accordingly been proposed to accelerate the development of logistics management education in local vocational colleges.
