摘要
目的分析2010-2014年深圳市龙岗区艾滋病自愿咨询求询者的人群行为特征和艾滋病感染现状,为调整干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2010-2014年龙岗区自愿咨询检测人员的人口学状况及检测结果进行统计学分析。结果共检测自愿咨询求询者2 729名,阳性24例,HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.88%,不同年份HIV抗体检出率差异有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。男性阳性检出率高于女性,分别为2.57%和0.16%（P〈0.01）,31-40岁年龄组人群感染率最高为1.51%,不同婚姻状况求询者间阳性检出率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;不同年龄组及文化程度求询者阳性检出率差异无统计学意义;不同求询原因HIV抗体阳性构成比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论深圳市龙岗区艾滋病自愿咨询求询者主要为青壮年,应多部门联合加强开展VCT服务工作,推广安全套使用。
Objective To analyze the behavioral characteristics and the status of HIV infection among VCT clients in Longgang district,so as to provide scientific basis for the adjustment of intervention strategies. Methods The demographic and behavioral data of VCT clients were collected,results of HIV tests were statistically analyzed. Results Of the 2 729 VCT clients who received the HIV antibody test,the positive detection rate was 0.88% The significant differences of the positive detection rate were found in different years（P 〉0.05）.The positive detection rate in males was higher than that in females,respectively 2.57% and 0.16%,The significant differences of the positive detection rate were found between genders（P 〈0.01）,the positive detection rate was as high as 9.59%in those at 31-40 years old,compared with other age groups.The significant differences of the positive detection rate were found in marital status（P 〈0.01）,The significant differences of the positive detection rate were not found in the degrees of education and age groups.The significant differences of the positive detection rate were found in the client groups（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The young and adults account for a large proportion among VCT clients in Longgang district,VCT services should be carried out by multi-sectors,and condom use should be promoted.
