摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌的CT表现,加深对鼻咽癌CT表现的认识。方法 CT诊断为鼻咽癌患者的影像资料12例,参照组织学活检病理结果进行分析。结果 12例CT诊断为鼻咽癌的患者中11例为低分化鳞状细胞癌,1例为肉芽肿性炎。结论螺旋CT可以显示鼻咽癌的部位、范围及周围侵犯情况,还可以更好的进行TNM分期,为临床治疗提供有效依据。
Objective To analyze the CT findings of nasopharyngeal calsarcoma（NPC）, to understand the CT manifestations asopharyngeal carcinoma more. Methods 12 cases were confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma CT were analyzed retrospectively, CT manifestations and nasopharyngeal carcinoma clinical and pathological analysis results. Results Among the 12 cases, 11 cases were diagnosed of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case wasgranulomatous inflammation. Conclusion Spiral CT can show the part of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）, the scope and the surrounding invasion situation, also can better for TNM staging, provide effective basis for clinical treatment.
