摘要
对严重影响钢板表面质量的钢板表面"水波纹"缺陷进行了分析研究。结果表明,氧化铁皮清除不净,高压水喷嘴搭接不好,轧辊硬度偏低,预矫直机压力过大,都会导致水波纹缺陷的产生。通过采取降低钢坯加热温度、更换轧辊材质、提高轧辊硬度、改进高压水除鳞方式及结构、降低预矫直机压力等措施,有效抑制了钢板表面水波纹缺陷的产生,提高了钢板表面质量。
A type of waviness which will has serious influence on the steel plate surface quality was investigated.The results show that the waviness is attributed to there being retained oxide scale,poor match of high pressure water nozzle,lower roll hardness,too high pre-leveler pressure. The measures avoiding the emergence of waviness are as follows: to reduce the heating temperature of the steel billet,to replace the roll material,to increase the roll hardness,to improve the method and structure of descaling by high pressure water,to lower the pre-leveler pressure,thus rendering the steel plate surface quality better.
