摘要
介绍了1750热轧薄板厂精除鳞箱的组成及功能,着重叙述了夹送辊在当中所起的作用,并深入分析了夹送辊磨损后对生产造成的影响和对设备造成的影响。针对精除鳞箱发生的故障现象,提出了精除鳞系统保护措施和相应的优化方案。
this paper introduces the composition and function of fine descaling box in the 1750 hot rolled sheet plant,and focuses on role of the pinch roll in the process,and the wearing out effect of pinch roll on the production and the effects on the equipment. In view of descaling box fault occurence,corresponding optimization solution to fine descaling system protection measures are put forward.
