分析美国、法国、英国、日本、中国的桥梁缆索用钢丝标准及规范。ASTM A421/A421M主要用于预应力制品行业两边镦头或者安装夹片的钢丝和钢绞线,对钢丝的抗腐蚀性能、抗疲劳性能要求较高。NFA-35-035涵盖公称直径分别为5,6,7 mm的斜拉桥和悬索桥用热镀锌及锌铝合金镀层钢丝,可直接应用于桥梁缆索用钢丝的制作、验收和检验。DRAFT pr EN 10337包括热镀锌钢丝和铝质量分数为5%的锌铝合金镀层钢丝,并按照强度、镀层对钢丝牌号进行了规定。HBS G3508—1989对钢丝的关键技术指标进行了详细的规定和要求,但权威性不足。GB/T 17101—2008将直径为5 mm钢丝的强度提高到1 860 MPa。提出随着大批国际大型悬索桥和斜拉桥的规划和建设,迫切需要一份适用于国际桥梁缆索用钢丝的产品和技术标准。
To analyze steel wire standards and specifications of bridge cable in America, France, England, Japan and Chi- na. ASTM A421/A421M is mainly used for steel wire and steel strand of both sides heading or installing clip in prestressed products industry, it requires higher anti-corrosion property, fatigue resistance of steel wire. NFA - 35 - 035 includes dia- meter 5,6,7 mm hot-dip galvanizing and zinc aluminum alloy coating steel wire for cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge, it is used for production, acceptance and inspection of steel wire for bridge cable directly. DRAFT pr EN 10337 in- cludes hot-dip galvanizing steel wire and zinc aluminum alloy coating steel wire of 5% mass fraction aluminum, and stipu- late steel wire grade according to strength, coated layer. HBS G3508--1989 gives out detailed regulation and requirements on steel wire key technical indicators, but authority is insufficient. GB/T 17101--2008 increases the strength of diameter 5 mm steel wire to 1 860 MPa. It is put forth that with the planning and construction of a large quantity of international large suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge, a steel wire product and technical standard suitable for international bridge ca- ble is needed urgently.
