摘要
目的了解成都市某社区卫生服务中心(以下简称中心)护士职业倦怠现状,并提出改进措施。方法采用自制量表和Maslach工作倦怠量表调查中心66名护士职业倦怠状况,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果中心护士情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感3个维度得分分别为(24.89±8.76)、(8.86±5.72)、(29.79±9.18)分。中心护士与武汉市社区护士常模比较,情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感维度得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与美国M氏医务人员常模比较,情感耗竭、去人格化维度得分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学历、从事专业年限、年龄是影响中心护士职业倦怠的重要因素。结论中心护理管理者应重视护士职业倦怠情况,并根据调查结果,制定有效措施以降低护士职业倦怠。
Objective To investigate the job burnout status of Nurse in Chengdu Community Health Service Center,and put some improvement suggestions.Methods The self questionnaire and Maslach burnout questionnaire were used to investigate 66 nurse in Chengdu Community Health Service Center,and to analyze the survey results by statistical methods.Results The nurse in Chengdu Community Health Service Center with emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and personal accomplishment score was 24.89±8.76,8.86±5.72,and 29.79±9.18,respectively,in a high level of burnout on the whole.The results compared with the normality of Wuhan Community Health Service Center,including emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,personal accomplishment,the differences were significant(P〈0.05).When compared with the US normality score M′s medical staff,there were significant differences in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(P〈0.05).Age,education level and work experience were the important factors affecting nurse burnout.Conclusion The nurse managers in Community Health Service Center should pay attention to groups of burnout cases,and take effective measures to reduce nurse burnout based on the survey results.
