摘要 某大型曲面蒙皮零件采用旋压成型,然后机械加工整体减薄。由于零件尺寸大、壁薄、旋压后半成品形位精度差,为保证产品机械加工精度,对工件装夹提出了很高的要求。通过研究装夹工艺方案、设计专用夹具、改善工件的装夹状况,有效地解决了大型曲面蒙皮零件机械加工装夹难题。 A large curved surface covering part is spinned, and then is processed thinner wholly by machining. However, because of its large size, thin wall, the accuracy of form and position after being spinned is very low, the quality of workpiece clamping must be high enough to ensure the precision of machining operation. In this paper, the difficult problem is solved effectively through researching a clamping process, designing a special fixture, improving the condition of clamping the workpiece.
