摘要
针对类球曲面薄壁回转壳体的壁厚的高精度测量问题,依据壁厚定义,确定其测量原理,建立其数学模型,并通过Matlab对测量方案的测量误差作出详细分析,分析结果表明该方法有较高的测量精度,并据此给出了测量机构的设计。
It is useful to measure the thickness of thin aspherical surface,while many bad factors such as the distortion and ficture take much effect on the results.According the definition of thickness,one new way is introduced for measuring such thickness,and the errors of the method are simulinked in Matlab on the basis of its mathmatical model.The results show the high precision of this method,the design of the structure for measure thickness is shown.
