道岔高锰钢钻削切屑卷曲半径的理论分析与实验研究

Theoretical analysis and experimental study of chip curling radius in high manganese steel drilling

摘要 主要从钻削过程中,切屑的形成机理出发,进行了卷曲半径的数学模型的探讨,给出其主要的影响因素,并进行了相应的实验研究。 In this study, the curling radius of chip is discussed, and numerical models are built according to forma- tion mechanism of chip in drilling. The main influencing factors are given, and the corresponding experi- mental study has been done.
