摘要
高锰钢是一种典型的难加工材料,因其优良的耐磨性和低廉的价格,被广泛用于制作受冲击较大的零部件。本文在叙述高锰钢基本性能和钻削加工性的基础上,介绍和分析了可用于高锰钢钻削加工的刀具材料和刀具结构,并就一些非常规加工方法进行了综合性的阐述。
As a kind of typical hard machining materials, owing to its abrasion resistance and low cost, high manganese steel is widely used for those components that bear great impacts. Upon its basic performances and machining properties, the materials and structures of the cutters that can be applied to drilling high manganese steel are described and analyzed, and some unconventional machining methods are expatiated.
