摘要
幼儿教师专业化发展是教育现代化的必然要求,也是幼儿教师职业发展的必然要求。园本教研是促进幼儿教师专业化发展的重要途径之一。通过建立幼儿园教研管理机制和充分发挥幼儿教师专业成长的积极性这两个维度来探讨在幼儿园开展园本教研来促进幼儿教师专业化发展。
Kindergarten teachers' professional development is an inevitable requirement of the educational modernization, so does the kindergarten teachers' occupation development. Kindergarten teaching based on research is an important way to promote kindergarten teachers' professional development. Through the two dimension of establishment of kindergarten teaching management mechanism and the enthusiasm of teacher's professional development, this paper explores how to carry out kindergarten teaching based on research to promote kindergarten teachers' professional development.
