摘要
目的探讨雌三醇乳膏联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效。方法选取2013年南京市市级机关医院收治的62例绝经后妇女,随机分为对照组31例和观察组31例。对照组给予甲硝唑治疗,观察组给予雌三醇乳膏联合甲硝唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗后阴道健康评分、阴道炎症状评分、临床疗效、复发情况。结果治疗后观察组阴道弹性、湿润度、分泌物、健康总分高于对照组,p H值、瘙痒、性交痛、灼热感、分泌物及症状总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雌三醇乳膏联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎效果确切,是治疗萎缩性阴道炎的有效措施。
Objective To study the clinic effect of estriol cream combined with metronidazole in treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods In Nanjing Governmental Hospital in 2013,62 atrophic vaginitis women were selected and randomly divid-ed into control group（31 cases）and observation group（31 cases）. The patients in control group were treated with metron-idazole,the patients in observation group were treated with estriol cream combined with metronidazole. Vaginal healthy evaluating scores,vaginitis symptoms scores,curative rate and the recurrence rate after treatment between the two groups were compared. Result Vaginal elastic force,wettabilty,secreta,total health scores of observation group after treatment were higher than con-trol group,pH,pruritus,sexual pain,burning sensation,secretion and total symptoms scores were lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, recurrence rate was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinic effect of estriol cream combined with metronidazole is sure in treatment of atrophic vaginitis,itois on effective action of treating a-trophic vaginitis.
