摘要
本文旨在研究积极心理学中希望与心理健康之间的关系,以启发高校从积极的层面推进心理健康教育的发展。本文的研究结果表明:自我肯定、心理健康与路径思维、动力思维、希望呈正相关;忧郁与路径思维、希望呈显著负相关;焦虑与路径思维、动力思维、希望呈负相关。
This paper discusses the relationship between hope and mental health in active psychology to enlighten the higher colleges and universities to promote the psychological mental education from active aspects. The finding of research shows that self - approval and mental health is of positive correlation with pathway thought, motivation thought and hope ; while depression is of negative correlation with pathway thought and hope ; and anxiety is of negative correlation with pathway thought, motivation thought and hope as well.
