摘要
中医之脾与现代医学中所论述的脾器官有所不同,其在疾病的发病、诊断和治疗、预后方面均有着不同的意义。该文梳理《黄帝内经》中有关于脾的记载,从脾的阴阳属性、五行属性、脏腑属性、脾的病证以及脾的养生与调护五个方面认识了中医之脾。同时中医之脾脏与其他四脏有密切联系,这对现代医学中其他系统疾病"从脾论治"提供了理论依据。
The spleen of TCM and modern medicine to the study of the spleen organ is different,its in the onset of disease,diagnosis and treatment,prognosis has a different meaning. This article on the spleen in Huangdi Neijing,the properties of spleen Yin and Yang,five elements,zang-fu organs attribute,the conditions of the spleen and spleen and regulating five aspects of preserve one＇s health of understanding the spleen of TCM. At the same time,the spleen of TCM closely connected with four other four organs,this may provides a theoretical basis of the treatment principle＂treated from the spleen＂of other systems for modern medicine disease.
