摘要
骨质疏松症(OP)是全身骨代谢性疾病之一,老年OP为原发性OP中的一种类型,目前国内OP的治疗率和控制率还相对偏低,单纯西药防治OP还存在着种种不良反应和疗效不确切的情况,且老年人身体机能减退,易对西药不耐受,存在较大安全隐患。中医在治疗该病中有显著优势,本文主要从脏腑的生理功能、生理特性,脏腑之间的相互关系方面入手,对从肝、脾、肾论治老年OP进行理论探讨,旨在更好地指导临床运用。
Osteoporosis is one of the systemic metabolic bone diseases,and senile osteoporosis is a type of primary osteoporosis.The treatment rate and control rate of osteoporosis are still relatively low in China.There are various adverse reactions and uncertain curative effects in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with western medicine alone,and the physical function of the elderly decreased,easily leading to intolerance to western medicine,with great potential safety hazards.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of this disease.Therefore,starting with the physiological functions and characteristics as well as the relationship between zang-fu organs,this paper made a theoretical discussion on senile osteoporosis from the liver,spleen and kidney,in order to better guide the clinical application.
