摘要
由于我国经济体制改革和区域经济结构的的不均衡性,市场因素发生变化与求职者适应这个变化所需的知识结构、专业素质、职场经验、就业观念不匹配,导致出现了职位空缺同时存在大学生的结构性失业。在针对湖北企业的调研基础上,深入研究结构性失业的现象,客观分析现阶段结构性失业的主要类型以及企业用工短缺与结构性失业并存的原因,从劳动力供给和需求层面,科学、辩证地对企业用工短缺与结构性失业进行分析,提出解决企业用工结构性失业问题的措施。
Along with the popularization of higher education development in our country, more and more graduates are facing the employment difficulty, and increasingly severe employment sit- uation. Because our country economic system reform and the imbalance of the regional economic structure, market factors change required of the job seekers to adapt themselves to changes in the knowledge structure, professional quality, work experience, employment concepts do not match, resulting in the presence of vacancies and unemployment and structural unemployment of college students. Based on the researches on Hubei enterprises, in-depth study of the structural unem- ployment, objective analysis to the current type of structural unemployment and the reason of the shortage and structural unemployment, from the labor supply and demand level scientific and dia- lectical analysis of enterprise labor shortages and structural unemployment, the paper works out the measures to solve the problem of structural unemployment of enterprise employees.
