摘要 黑褐新糠虾(Neomysis awatschensis Brandt)全长(7.21±0.40)mm,分别置于4、8、10、17、22、27、34℃水槽中培养,实验结果表明其死亡率分别为:18.90%、14.4%、13.3%、5.53%、5.53%、5.53%和6.67%,其中温度组4、8和10℃与其他温度组差异显著(P〈0.05)。在温度4-35℃范围内,黑褐新糠虾72 h存活率均在80%以上,17-34℃为黑褐新糠虾栖息的适温范围。实验结果说明黑褐新糠虾为广温性种类。 The mysid Neomysis awatschensis Brandt,total length varies(7.21±0.40)mm,was raised 72 hours in water sink at temperature 4,8,10,17,22,27 and 34 ℃. The experimental results showed that the mortality ranks were 18.90%,14.4%,13.3%,5.53%,5.53%,5.53% and 6.67% respectively,of which temperatures at 4 ℃,8 ℃ and 10 ℃ showed significant influence(P〈0.05). 72 hours survival rate of every test reached above 80%.The temperature from 17℃ to 34℃ is appropriate temperature range for Neomysis awatschensis to survive. The study results showed Neomysis awatschensis could adapt wide temperature range.
