摘要
简述250 kt/a液化气脱硫装置采用"液态烃深度脱硫"和"MTBE再蒸馏"组合技术降低MTBE产品硫含量的应用情况。改造后应用结果表明,MTBE硫含量能够稳定控制在10μg/g以下,满足调合京标Ⅴ汽油的要求,而且液态烃脱硫醇单元运行得到优化,能耗降低、碱耗降低、碱渣排放减少,精制液态烃质量得到提高。MTBE脱硫单元和液态烃脱硫醇单元综合运行费用不但没有增加,而且大幅降低。
The paper described application of the combined technology of "deep desulfu- rization of liquefied hydrocarbon" and "redistillation of MTBE" to reduce the sulfur content in MTBE product in 250 kt/a desulfidation unit for liquefied petroleum gas. After the technical renovation, the goal of total sulfur content in MTBE less than 10 μg/g was achieved, running of the unit of mercaptan removal for liquefied hydrocarbon was optimized such as reduction on ener- gy consumption, alkali consumption and discharge of the alkali residue, improvement on quality ofliquid hydrocarbon. The application results after the reform showed that sulfur content in MTBE could be stabilized below 10μg/g, which met requirements of harmonic Beijing standard V gas- oline. The overall running costs of the unit for desulfidation for MTBE and the unit of mercaptan removal for liquefied hydrocarbon were reduced greatly.
