摘要
对异丁烷脱氢制备异丁烯反应体系的热力学性质进行了详尽的计算,得到不同反应温度下的热焓、吉布斯自由能以及反应平衡常数等热力学性质,并对温度、压力变化对反应热力学性质和热力学平衡的影响进行了分析,在此基础上对不同温度、压力下体系平衡物料组成进行了计算,得到了详尽的反应体系热力学基础数据,计算结果对异丁烷脱氢制异丁烯工艺研究和相关催化剂研发具有重要参考价值。
In the petroleum refining industry,the dehydrogenation of isobutane is an important approach to produce isobutene.In published literature,however,it is difficult to find out all the thermodynamic data for the reaction system.In this paper,thermodynamic calculation and analysis on the reaction has been carried out in detail.The thermodynamic data including enthalpy △rH,Gibbs energy △rG and equilibrium constant of reaction at different temperature have been calculated.The affection of temperature and pressure on the thermodynamic equilibrium of the reaction has been discussed.
