摘要
对1-戊烯异构化反应进行了详细的热力学分析,计算得到了各个反应在一定温度范围内的焓变、吉布斯自由能的变化、平衡常数、产物分布等一系列的数据,讨论了反应过程中体系的热效应,及反应温度、压力对不同反应路径上平衡常数和产物分布的影响。以理论计算为依据,在一定程度上为1-戊烯骨架异构化工艺参数的调整指明了方向,说明反应应该在较低的温度下进行。
Thermodynamic analysis on 1-pentene isomerization was worked out in detail. A series of data, such as the enthalpy changes, the Gibbs free energy changes, equilibrium constants and product distribution of each reaction, were calculated in a certain temperature range. As the basis of theoretical calculations, the effects of reaction thermal, temperature and pressure were discussed on the equilibrium constants and product distribution in different reaction paths. To a certain extent, the results pointed out the direction to adjust process parameters of 1-pentene isomerization. In order to get more isopentene, the 1-pentene isomerization temperature should be kept lower.
