胸腔镜与开胸肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌疗效的对比观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的对比观察胸腔镜下肺叶切除与开胸肺叶切除术治疗早期非小细胞的疗效。方法选择79例早期非小细胞肺癌患者,其中45例行胸腔镜下肺叶切除术(VATS组),34例采用传统剖胸肺叶切除术(剖胸组),对比手术情况、治疗效果和并发症。结果与剖胸组相比,VATS组术中出血量减少,术后胸引管留置时间及住院天数减少,术后疼痛改善(P均<0.05)。两组均完整切除肿瘤、切缘阴性、清扫淋巴结数目、手术时间比较无差异(P均>0.05)。VATS组并发症发生率4.44%低于剖胸组并发症发生率8.82%(P<0.01)。结论与剖胸组相比,VATS组具有同样有效,术后恢复快、并发症少的优点。
