摘要
我国西部地区的弱胶结软岩岩石强度较低,井下开采过程中极易遇水发生泥化。为解决巷道中弱胶结软岩遇水泥化及排泥困难等难题,在水泥砂浆中掺合高分子树脂并进行该材料的吸水速率和吸水率研究,通过对比吸水后材料的孔隙结构和SEM形貌进一步分析其机理。实验结果表明:水泥砂浆掺合高分子树脂材料具有吸水速度快,吸水率高的特性。SEM形貌扫描表明:新材料与普通水泥浆材料相比,孔隙率较低,结构更加密实紧凑,水泥砂浆掺合高分子树脂能有效治理软岩泥化问题。
The strength of weak cemented soft rock in the western area of our country is poor and it' s easy to slime in the process of mining. In order to solve the problem of weak cemented soft rock mudding and clearing it hardly. Use cement mortar with organic resin to make a test ought to get the water absorption rate and absorption of it. The study looks into its mechanism from the aspects of pore structure after SEM morphology. The results indicate that cement mortar with organic resin have a quickly water absorbing speed and a high water absorption. In addition, the microstructure tests show that: compared with ordinary cement mortar, the new type material has a lot of advantages such as the reductions of pore area, structure more compact. As a result, cement mortar with organic resin can effectively control soft rock mudded problem.
