SiO_(2)溶胶和CNTs杂化增强水泥基复合材料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用超声波法制备了SiO_(2)溶胶-碳纳米管(CNTs)分散液,研究了SiO_(2)溶胶-CNTs分散液对水泥基复合材料性能的影响,并用SEM、EDS、XRD微观测试方法对其进行了表征。结果表明:以SiO_(2)溶胶为分散介质,通过超声波法能够实现CNTs在水泥基复合材料中的均匀分散;掺1.5%的SiO_(2)溶胶和0.15%的CNTs能进一步提高砂浆的力学性能;SiO_(2)溶胶的火山灰活性消耗了砂浆中多余的水化产物Ca(OH)_(2),形成C-S-H凝胶密实了砂浆结构,CNTs在水泥浆体和细骨料界面之间起到纤维增强的作用,细化了孔隙,填补了微裂缝,降低了孔隙率。 Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were dispersed in aqueous solution by ultrasonic dispersion,and SiO_(2)sol was added to CNTs dispersion by gel method.The effects of CNTs and SiO_(2)sol on the properties of cement-based composite materials were studied,and it was characterized by SEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that CNTs can be uniformly dispersed in cement-based composite materials by ultrasonic method with SiO_(2)sol as dispersion medium.Adding 1.5%SiO_(2)sol and 0.15%CNTs can further improve the mechanical properties of mortar.The pozzolanic activity of SiO_(2)sol consumes the excess hydration product Ca(OH)_(2) in the mortar to form C-S-H gel and compact the mortar structure.CNTs plays a role of fiber reinforcement between the cement paste and the fine aggregate interface,refines the pores,fills the micro cracks,reduces the porosity.
