制度同形视域下的企业社会责任困境及出路分析

摘要 企业是促进社会进步的重要力量,在现代社会发展过程中,作为以盈利为目的的企业,要想获得长足发展必须首先赢得良好的社会声誉,并承担起对社会的责任。实践证明,赋有责任意识并且勇于承担社会社会责任的企业总是能受到民众的亲睐,因为企业社会责任已然成为时代的呼唤,它有利于企业自身的发展和促进社会进步。在涵盖强制同形、规范同形和模仿同形等内容的制度同形力的构建之下,企业社会责任必将成为商界发展的主旋律,在社会友善发展的新常态下,我们也相信企业社会责任将一路前行。 Enterprise is an important force to promote social progress in the development of modern society. In order to sustain a long-term development, for-profit enterprises are expected to first win a good social reputation and then assume the social responsibility. Practice has proved that the enterprises that are endowed with a sense of responsibility and encouraged to undertake the social responsibility would go down well with people. Given that CSR (corporate social responsibility) has become the call of the times, it is conducive to its own development and the promotion of social progress as well. Along with the institutional isomorphic capacity building including coercive isomorphism, normative isomorphism and mimetic isomorphism, CSR will become the main theme of business development, especially in the new social norm of friendly social development. It is believed that CSR will go all the way.
