摘要
目的:建立采用pH示差法测定山楂中花青素含量的方法。方法:山楂用30%的乙醇回流提取后,分别用pH1.0和pH4.5的缓冲液稀释,在波长510nm和700nm处测定吸光度,采用Fuleki T公式计算花青素含量。结果:三批山楂的花青素含量分别为52.18、57.34、49.25mg/g。结论:pH示差法可以用于山楂中花青素的测定,同时可以消除干扰物质的干扰。
Objective:To develop aquantitative method for determining the contents of anthocyanin in crataegi fructus.Methods:Crataegi fructus was extracted with 30% ethanol,the aqueous extract was diluted with pH1.0and pH4.5buffer respectively,detect the absorbance at the wavelength of 510 nm and 700 nm Anthocyanin content was calculate with Fuleki T formula.Results:The detection results indicated that the anthocyan of three batch of crataegi fructus was 52.18、57.34、49.25mg/g.Conclusion:pH-differential method can be used in quantitative analysis of anthocyan in crataegi fructus,and the impuritys interference can be eliminated.
