摘要
针对传统冷藏舱舱室存在的保温性能较差等缺点与不足,设计一种新型球体形舱室的结构。利用三维软件CAXA建立新型和传统舱室模型,传热面积和传热量的计算结果表明,在同样舱室外部条件和体积的情况下,新型舱室的传热面积及传热量都比传统型舱室小,即新型圆弧形舱室比传统型舱室的冷藏保温能力更好。
Considering the poor heat retaining capacity and other defects of the traditional refrigerated holds,a new type of globular cabin is designed. The 3D models of the new cabin and the traditional one are established in CAXA to carry out the heat transfer calculation. The results show that the heat-transfer areas and capacity of the new cabin are smaller than the traditional one in the cases of the same external condition and volume of the cabin. Therefore,the performance of the heat preservation in the new cabin is better than the traditional one.
