摘要 目前,主动脉内球囊反搏术已广泛应用于急性心肌梗死、严重不稳定型心绞痛、急诊介入治疗并发的心源性休克、重度心力衰竭、外科手术后低心排血量综合征等的治疗中,在上述重症心血管疾病的救治中发挥着越来越重要的作用。 At present,the intra aortic balloon counterpulsation has been widely used in acute myocardial infarction, severe unstable angina,emergency interventional therapy in the treatment of complicated with cardiogenic shock,congestive heart failure,after surgical treatment of low cardiac output syndrome treated etc.,plays a more and more important role in the treatment of severecardiovascular in the disease.
