摘要
目的探讨住院精神分裂症患者的用药情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法采取自制的精神药物调查表研究2010年1月至2013年9月进行治疗的287例精神分裂症患者的用药情况。结果 287例患者中,单一用药184例(64.1%),两药联用91例(31.7%),三药联用12例(4.2%);单一用药184例中,男性使用氯氮平片、氯丙嗪、奋乃静、舒必利片、富马酸奎硫平片的百分比均大于女性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);女性使用利培酮、奥氮平、齐拉西酮、氟哌定醇的百分比均大于男性,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论临床中精神分裂症患者服用药物仍以单一用药为主,且以传统药物氯氮平片及新型药物利培酮为主,男性更趋向于传统药物氯氮平片,女性更趋向于新型药物利培酮。
Objective To study the medication use of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia and provide reference for clinical medication.Methods Take the self-made questionnaire in 2010 January to study the psychotropic drugs in 2013 September for treatment of 287 cases of patients with schizophrenia drug use.Results In 287 patients,184 cases（64.1%）of single drug, two drugs for 91 cases（31.7%）,12 cases（4.2%）of three drugs;Single drug in 184 cases, the use of clozapine and chlorpromazine percentage of men,Fen Naijing and sulpiride tablets,quetiapine fumarate tablets were higher than female,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the percentage of women using risperidone,olanzapine and ziprasidone and haloperidol fixed alcohol were higher than that in male,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical application of schizophrenic patients taking the drug is still dominated by a single drug, and the drug clozapine risperidone traditional and new drugs,mentend to be more traditional drug clozapine, risperidone women tend to model.
