摘要
目的:了解我院住院精神疾病患者的合理用药情况。方法:采用一日法,以2010年7月30日为时间节点,用自制调查表,对我院六个病区439例在院患者进行调查。结果:住院药物使用频度以氯氮平居首位(61.73%),其次为氯丙嗪(20.50%)、阿立哌唑(18.45%)。以单一用药为主,苯二氮类使用率明显下降。结论:临床治疗总体来说用药规范,但仍需注意氯氮平和苯二氮类的合理使用。
Objective：To understand our hospital drug use situation in mental disorders. Methods：the 1st method to July 30, 2010 as the time of the node, using self - designed inquire tables, six wards in our hospital 439 cases of patients in the hospital for investigation. Results： The frequency of patient use of drugs to clozapine in the first place （61.73%） , followed by chlorpromazine （20. 50% ） , aripiprazole （ 18.45% ）. Mainly of a single drug, benzodiazepine class rate decreased significantly. Conclusions： The clinical treatment of drug norms, but still need to pay attention to clozapiue and benzodiazepine class of fair use,
