摘要
科学合理的课程体系是人才培养的基础和关键。就医疗保险专业而言,相关院校对医学类课程的地位和作用的理解,一直缺乏统一的认识,也缺乏足够的重视,导致医学类课程设置随意性大、稳定性差,课程安排和课时分配不合理,严重影响医疗保险专业人才培养质量。建议以医疗保险专业人才培养目标为依据,明确并强化医学类课程的核心地位与作用,完善医疗保险专业课程设置。
Scientific and rational curriculum is the basis and key point of talent development.As far as medical insurance major is con-cerned, there is always lack of unified understanding and enough attention to the status and role of medical courses among related schools.And it results in arbitrariness and poor stability of medical course setting, and irrationality of courses arrangement and teaching hour distribution, all of these seriously affect the quality of medical insurance talent training.Therefore, it is subjected that the central role of medical curriculum should be clarified and strengthened based on the goal of medical insurance talent development to perfect medical insurance curriculum setting.
