摘要
建立了用HPLC测定丙烯酸丁酯废水中对甲基苯磺酸的方法。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+磷酸二氢铵水溶液为流动相,流量为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为221 nm。采用外标法定量,相关系数为0.999 9。实际检测中,丙烯酸丁酯废水中的对甲基苯磺酸可与其他物质完全分离。方法相对标准偏差为1.28%,加标回收率为98.1%-102.2%。本方法简单、快速、准确,适用于丙烯酸丁酯工艺废水中对甲基苯磺酸含量的分析检测。
The content of p-toluenesulfonate in butyl acrylate process wastewater has been determined,with highly efficient liquid chromatography(HPLC),using C18 chromatographic column,methanol +ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as mobile phase,whose flow rate is 1.0 m L/min and detection wavelength 221 nm. The external standard method is applied to quantitative determination,whose correlated coefficient is 0.999 9. In the actual inspection,it shows that p-tolunensulfonate in butyl acrylate wastewater can completely be separated from other substances. The relative standard deviation of this method is 1.28%,and the addition standard recovery rate is 98.1%-102.2%. This method is suitable for being applied to the analysis and detection of p-tolunensulfonate in butyl acrylate process wastewater,due to its simplicity,rapidness and accuracy.
