摘要
本文以大孔径强酸性苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂对不饱合级酸与醇的酯化反应进行催化,即在D61、D72及001×7树酯的存在下,丙烯酸与正丁醇在130℃下反应6小时,得到产率为97.2%的丙烯酸丁酯.对酸醇比,催化剂用量等影响反应因素进行讨论,并摸索出一套最佳反应条件.
The esterification of carboxylic acid by alcohol was catalyzed by the stronglyacidic styrene type macromolecular cation exchange resins. Thus acrylic acid was treatedwith n-butyl alcohol over a D61,D72,001×7 at 130℃ for 6h to give butyl acrylate(in a97.2% yield).The reaction conditions such as acid-alcohol radio, amount of catalyst andsoon were investigated, the optinal condition to produce the ester was determined.
