摘要
本研究根据培训管理相关理论,提出建立以需求为导向的工会干部培训运行机制,对工会干部培训在培训需求调研、组织管理、流程规范等方面进行了全面梳理。构建规范化、程序化、专业化的培训流程体系,以推进新时期工会干部教育培训工作改革创新,不断提升培训质量。
According to the relevant theory of the training management, the mechanism of the training and operation of the union cadres is proposed.A comprehensive summary of the training needs of the trade union cadres, training organization management, training process and so on. The construction of standardized, procedural and professional training process system has important practical significance for promoting the reform and innovation of trade union cadres education and training reform and improving the quality of training.
