摘要
E1271A/B是广州乙烯装置稀释蒸气发生塔的再沸器,加热介质为中压蒸汽。其运行过程中堵塞及内漏对工艺水、裂解炉产生较大影响。通过对该换热器的运行现状及检修拆检后存在状况的分析,梳理出整个工艺水系统表观或潜在的问题,并结合运行实际,制定优化对策,缓解装置长周期下工艺水系统堵塞泄漏问题,对裂解装置的节能降耗及平稳生产具有积极作用。
E1271 A/B is guangzhou ethylene plant of dilution steam tower reboiler , heating medium for the medium pressure steam.Its operation in the process of blockage and inner leakage of process water has great impact of cracking furnace.Through the running status of the heat exchanger and repair overhaul after the analysis of the existing conditions , apparent or potential problems of the entire process water system were teased out.Connecting with the actual operation , formulating optimization countermeasures , and relieving device process water system for a long period of blocking leakage problem are helpful for saving energy and reducing consumption of cracker and smooth production .
