摘要
辽阳石化乙烯装置自2010年以来原料日益轻质化,虽然双烯收率可达49%以上,但对裂解炉进料泵、裂解炉的适应性、急冷系统的热量平衡、压缩系统及冷分离系统的能力均带来了不同程度的影响。系统地分析了辽阳石化乙烯装置原料轻质化后给装置带来的问题并尝试采取改进措施,保证装置在严重偏离设计基础的情况下能够得以正常运行。
Since 2010,the feed to ethylene plant at Liaoyang Petrochemical Company has been lighter and lighter.Though ethylene plus propylene yield is more than 49%,the feed pump,the adaptability of cracking furnace,the thermal balance in quenching system and the capacity of compressing and cryogenic separation system have been affected to various degree.This article systemically analyzes the problems brought by lighter feeds to the ethylene plant at Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,and takes some improving measures to ensure the normal operation of ethylene plant while the operation is seriously deviated from design basis.
