摘要
为了探讨紫外诱变对食用菌育种的作用,利用紫外线辐射平菇菌丝体,研究不同处理时长对菌丝生长性状的影响。结果显示,紫外辐照3′30″~4′对菌丝生长有一定程度的促进作用,其中以照射3′30″处理的作用最显著(P〈0.01),辐射15~20 min处理对菌丝生长有抑制作用。表明该试验条件下平菇菌丝体紫外线诱变育种辐照时间以3′30″最佳。
The aim was to study the effect of the ultraviolet mutagenesis on breeding of mushroom. Mycelia of Pleurottts ostreatus were treated by uhraviolet radiation to study the effects of different radiation time on the mycelial growth traits. The result showed that the ultraviolet rays had promotion effects on the growth of mycelia with 3′30"-4′ radiation to a certain degree and the effect of 3′30"irradiation was most obviously ( P 〈 0.01). The mycelial growth in the treatment with 15-20 min irradiation was inhibited. The result in- dicated that under the experimental conditions, the optimum irradiation time for the mutation breeding of Pleurotus ostreatus by ultraviolet radiation was 3′30".
