本文综述了大型真菌中原生质体的诱变、杂交、细胞融合和转基因技术。其中鲍鱼菇和香菇原生质体制备、再生、遗传标记筛选与原生质体融合来自作者的实验结果。
This paper summarizes hybridization, mutation, cell-fusion and transformation techniques of macro-fungi protoplast, of which the preparation, regeneration, genetic marker selection and cell-fusion of protoplast of pleurotus ablonus and lentinus result from the authors' own experiments.
