摘要
清初顾祖禹具有丰富的建都思想:认为都城区位的选择虽应考虑多种因素,但地理形势应位居首要;都城选址通常是以国家战略为出发点,综合权衡各种要素而做出的选择,并需要对其不足方面进行弥补,尤其需要以国都为核心做好相应的军事布防;国都的区位选择固然重要,然而决定国家兴衰存亡的根本不是"天时"与"地利",而在于"人和",尤其是国力的强弱。这一建都思想具有系统性和领先性,对于当今建都问题的讨论具有借鉴价值。
Gu Zuyu as a famous scholar in early Qing Dynasty has rich theories on national capital location. There are many factors on capital location choice should be considered, but military geo- graphic situation should be the most of all. The choice of national capital location usually must be based on national strategy, and all things considered, the shortcomings of the choice should be com- pensated, especially military deployment around national capital. Although the choice of national cap- ital location is very important, the factors restricting the development of the country mainly belong to human elements and not natural conditions. Gu Zuyu＇s theories on national capital location follow systematicness and advancement, and has a positive significance for discussing the problems of today＇s capital.
