摘要
本文根据数控机床的热变形特性,采用直接测量铣刀的长度变化,来进行热变形补偿,将补偿值写入到工件偏置坐标系中,实现了实时补偿的能力。
Based on the thermal deformation characteristics of CNC machine tools, use to direct measurement of the length of the cutter changes to thermal deformation compensation,The compensation value will be written into the work offset coordinate system, the ability to achieve real- time compensation.
